If your laptop or netbook does not has a CD/DVD-ROM drive, you can use the 3 freeware to make bootable USB drive from Windows XP / 7 setup & bart PE iso file and setup Windows 7/XP from USB drive, then install other applications with the help of MagicDisc.
After you have downloaded and installed it, right click its icon on the system tray and choose “Virtual CD/DVD-ROM” – “X: No Media” – “Mount…” from the pop-up menu, and select a CD/DVD image file to mount it.
