Using PDFBinder is deadly easy, to use it, just add pdf files via drag and drop, rearrange them in your favorite order, then hit the “Bind” button to let PDFBinder create the new pdf document for you.

PDFBinder works on most major Windows OSes. Its source code is written in c sharp language.

PDFBinder is a 1.5MB download available from Code.Google.com.

Once the process completed, you can open the pdf document with the best free pdf viewers such as Foxit Reader and PDF-XChange Viewer, if you are an iPad user, Martview is another good option.
